READY Project Page

READY (Repairing Education and Employment Achievement Debts to Youth) is a $4.4 million three-year initiative that helps equity-deserving youth overcome barriers to education and employment. READY combines project-based learning, wrap-around support and direct-to-work training opportunities to prepare youth not just for jobs, but for long-term success.

The program creates clear pathways into high-demand industries while connecting employers with work-ready talent, customized training partnerships, and ongoing support—making READY a collaborative investment in strengthening Saint John’s future workforce.

Four READY Pillars

Our Second Location

Our Prince Edward Square location opened in Summer 2025 through the READY Project, expanding our capacity to offer more programs, reach more learners, and create new pathways to education, employment, and personal growth.

Today, it is home to our Class 5 Teaching Kitchen, classrooms, and in-house counselling services, bringing hands-on learning and wraparound supports together in one place.
