Self-Esteem is a 6-week program for women who want to improve their confidence, sense of self-worth, and quality of life. Learners will complete the program with a better understanding of what self-esteem is, and a great range of skills, techniques, and strategies they can use to strengthen their self-esteem.
Healthy Self-Esteem helps women improve their knowledge, skills, resiliency, and supports for their own personal growth and development. The program is designed to equip participants with the tools, information, and confidence to move forward in their lives.
Learners receive incentives for their attendance and active participation in the program. Topics covered in the program include coping strategies, positive self-talk, emotional awareness, positive self-image, setting healthy boundaries, and healthy relationships.
