Employment Programs

Our employment programs support youth and adults who are actively searching for the right job for them, but also seeking to build their skills and develop professionally. Each of our programs would benefit job seekers who have never worked and those with work experience who are looking to improve their skills.

More than a paycheck

All of our employment programs provide youth and adults the opportunity to reflect on the skills they have, identify areas for growth or improvement, and find the right job to fit their life and employment goals.

Soft Skills is a weekly series of professional development workshops for both people who have never worked before or someone with work experience looking to improve their employability skills. It empowers participants to build new habits and foster new ways of thinking.

WESLinks is a 12-week program for individuals 18 and up that focuses on project-based learning to gain practical work skills in a supportive environment. Participants also work with a coach to set and achieve employment and personal development goals.

WorkLinks is a job coaching program for job seekers 16 and up. It includes individualized coaching, assistance with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, connections to local employers, and up to 6 months of post-employment support.
