Madalynn’s Story

I first became aware of the Learning Exchange through the UYES! (Urban Youth Employment/Education Services) program. Everyone there was so supportive and understanding. The atmosphere was welcoming and I didn’t feel the daily pressure I felt in traditional high school.

Emma’s Story of Empowerment

I was experiencing depression, anxiety, a hard time socializing, and also having a difficult time finding employment. My case manager suggested WES at the Saint John Learning Exchange, but when I attended my intake, Power Up was suggested as a starting point.
