Managing Stress is a 4-week program for women who want to understand what causes stress in their lives and learn how to manage it. Learners will discover the triggers of stress and how stress can affect individuals physically, mentally, and emotionally and learn healthy ways to relieve stress and reduce its harmful effects.
The program will help learners understand stress, assess their stress levels, manage stress in the moment, and build resilience. This includes sharing skills and coping strategies such as self-care, time management, asking for help, exercise, relaxation techniques, and expressing emotions. Learners receive an incentive for attendance in the program.
